Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Junior Floor Team Members at Pholklore in Ocean Grove. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and drinks to allocated tables.

• Support senior team members and servers in delivering exceptional service.

• Clearing tables in a fast and clean efficient manner.

• Clearing, washing and polishing all glasses.

• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials before service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and dining areas throughout service.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area.

• Work cooperatively with kitchen team, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedure.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in food and beverage service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

• You may be required to work across multiple locations.
