Stone & Wood Surfboard Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter
This promotion is run by Pholklore Group (“Promoter”).

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from Thursday 2nd April to Monday 6th April 2026 (inclusive) during venue trading hours.

Early Access (Loyalty Members)
Members of the Pholklore loyalty database who receive the Easter EDM may enter the promotion early from Tuesday 31 March 2026 via the method outlined in that communication.

Eligibility
Entry is open to patrons aged 18 years or over who purchase a Stone & Wood product at any participating Pholklore venue during the promotion period.

How to Enter
To enter, customers must:
Purchase any Stone & Wood product during the promotional period; and
Provide valid contact details (including email) at the time of purchase or via the designated entry method.

Each eligible purchase = one (1) entry.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) surfboard.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
The winner will be notified via email and announced via Pholklore Instagram Stories.

Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If unclaimed, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms.
By entering, entrants agree to their name being used for promotional purposes (including social media) if they win.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
This promotion adheres to all Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Entry is not conditional on excessive consumption.
