Cafe Pho was our answer.

We wanted to create somewhere people could enjoy the same commitment to fresh ingredients and flavours in a more casual café setting.

Whether you're rushing between meetings or taking a slower start to your morning, Cafe Pho makes it easy to enjoy great food without the wait.

Our story with genU goes way back. It started with their team helping us prep veggies, it then grew into us leasing a prep kitchen in their North Geelong headquarters and now it’s come full circle, with us running the café connected to that same space.

Together, we’ve built real employment pathways, co-employing team members and creating opportunities for people with disabilities to step into roles across both genU and Pholklore. Some have even transitioned into ongoing roles with us, which is exactly what it’s all about.
