Junior Front of House Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Junior Floor Team Members at Pholklore in Caloundra, Queensland. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve food and drinks to allocated tables.
Support senior team members and servers in delivering exceptional service.
Clearing tables in a fast and clean efficient manner.
Clearing, washing and polishing all glasses.
Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and dining areas throughout service.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area.
Work cooperatively with kitchen team, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedure.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in food and beverage service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
You may be required to work across multiple locations.
